Week 4- 3 Photos

My friends Matty and Bobby broke the world record for the longest kiss! They did this in order to advocate gay rights. I took this photo using my phone, and used the sponge tool to grey out certain parts of the photo, and make Matty and Bobby stand up. I then used a filter to create the effect I wanted.


I edited this photo to change the dog into a white and black dog.
I also edited the contrast, and color corrected the background.


I adjusted the hue/saturation and contrast of the photo. I also added shadow using the burn tool.

Week 3- 3 Compositions

"Fire"- I scanned a drawing I did and colored it in using different paintbrushes for texture. I lowered the opacity of the color layer so you could see the original drawing's outlines.


"Creation of the Universe"
I used many layers for each part of coloring the image-one for the girl, the galaxy, the ray or stars, and the background. I used different paintbrushes for texture and making the stars.



"Desert Snake"
This image originally was drawn on notebook paper. I had to adjust the hue/saturation and exposure in order to get rid of the ruled lines. Editing the exposure and gamma levels faded out the original drawingn, so I used the burn tool to darken the lines, as well as add shadow. I originally colored in this picture, but later decided it looked better in this form.

Week 1- 3 Images

"The Spider Lady"- 1 hour
I took a picture I had drawn and scanned it. I colored it in with photoshop using different brushes for textur2.


"The Icy Ghostbusters Interference at the Battle of the Peeps"- 30 minutes


"Stoli the Cat"-15 minutes
